Mercyful Fate have announced a Fall 2022 North American tour — their first headlining run on the continent in over two decades.
Kreator and Midnight will support the outing, which runs from October 25th in Dallas through November 16th in Atlanta.
A variety of ticket pre-sales are available throughout this week: Citi pre-sale, today (September 6th) at 11 a.m. ET (password: Citi BINs); Mercyful Fate Fan Club pre-sale, today (September 6th) a noon ET (password: EVIL); Ticketmaster pre-sale: Wednesday (September 7th) at 10 a.m. ET (password: MELISSA); and Live Nation pre-sale tomorrow (September 7th) at 10 a.m. local time (password: VENUE). All pre-sales end Thursday (September 8th) at 10 p.m. local time. General ticket sales begin Friday (September 9th) at 10 a.m. local time. Get tickets via Ticketmaster.

The tour follows Mercyful Fate’s European reunion tour this past summer — their first shows in 23 years — and an illustrious headlining performance at Psycho Las Vegas last month. The legendary metal band is currently working on a new album, having premiered a new song “The Jackal of Salzburg” at a June concert in Germany.
